It has long been oversue to revamp the method of communication with owners on the community and I hope that this will prove a useful tool in further enhancing the communal atmosphere on the urbanisation. The site is primarily for the use of owners , their friends, guests and tenants. We aim to use to it to keep you up to date with all the current developments on the community, as well as to keep you informed of services and meetings. It can be accesed both in English and in Spanish.

As you can see, apart from general community information, we are still rather barren on input from your goodselves. So please take time to browse through the site and if you would like to have information placed on the site then please email us and we will make sure it happens. It would be particularly useful to hear from you about external services that you know of or have used that you can share with other owners. These might include babysitters, plumbers, restaurants, home delivery services and sports and recreational facilities. I have asked The Racquets Club across the road to join us in the site so that you can discover more about the activities over there.

On a more sombre note, you can look up your community fee balance on a LOCKED file. This information will only be available to your password. I hope that this will enable you to get information when and where you require it, rather than having to rely on office hours to obtain it.
People who wish to put their property for sale or rent on the site must pay a nominal fee of 100 Euros per annum. This goes towards the site registration, maintenance and hosting costs . However, I must warn potential landlords that this part of the site will be open to the general public, and that they should check with their accountants about rental witholding taxes Etc..

This website is not set in stone, and I welcome your comments and input. However as a starter, I think it heralds significant progress.. ENJOY !!!
